Privacy Policy

Overview

Studio Manager ("the app") helps you manage permissions for Looker Studio dashboards. We take a privacy-first approach: the app is a thin client that talks directly to Google APIs on your behalf and keeps as little data as possible.

What we collect

• Your Google account profile (name, email, avatar) used to sign in.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Google, stored only to call the Looker Studio API on your behalf.
• Basic operational logs (e.g. error reports) needed to keep the app working.

What we do not collect

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
• We do not read the contents of your dashboards or underlying data sources.
• We do not use your data for advertising or model training.

How we use your data

Tokens and profile information are used solely to list dashboards, view permissions, and apply changes you explicitly request inside the app.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time, which clears the local session. You can also revoke the app's access entirely from your Google Account permissions page.
